Closets

Inundated with clothing accessories, shoes and other miscellaneous items, D2O finds that many of their clients have become overwhelmed and frustrated with their closets. While D2O organizes a closet they will effectively aid in the purging process helping the client to rid themselves of extraneous and no longer usable items. With Jane's B.S. in Fashion Merchandising a fresh new wardrobe can be born. Many clients take advantage of the personal shopping that D2O offers. In the end clients are pleased to be left with a clean, efficient and newly organized closet.

Garages

Many of our clients have organizational issues with their garage. Through the initial consultation D2O determines the specific needs of the client in order to establish the best solution for them. Utilizing items already present as well as new storage solutions D2O brings the unorganized garage to perfect working order!

Home Staging

D2O is focused on building valuable partnerships with realtors in Southwest Florida. The market being the way it is, it's most important at this time, for a home ready to be sold to have curb appeal and interior freshness that will excite potential buyers. Through the use of organizing and rearranging the homeowners existing furnishings D2O leaves behind a home more attractive and appealing, ready to be sold.

Biography of Jane Samargedlis

Jane Samargedlis was born and raised in the north east, where the building blocks and foundation for Designed 2 Organize began to take shape. From early on, Jane has always been a neat and organized person. She recalls stories of how she used to help her childhood friends clean their rooms so they would not get in trouble.
"I can still remember how excited and proud I was to help my friends back then. Mostly because their rooms were in such chaos, but also for how happy their parents would be to see such a neat and organized room."

Jane continued to develop her innate abilities as she grew older and would organize and decorate for friends and family. They loved how she decorated her home as well as organized all of her closets and cabinets. It was at that point, several years ago, that Jane began to develop Designed 2 Organize.
"Knowing how little time a lot of people have these days, combined with the ever growing amount of things on their plates, really gave birth to the full concept of D2O and all of the services we offer."

Jane graduated from Rivier College, in Nashua, New Hampshire in 1995 with a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising. She completed her internship in college at Talbots in Bedford, New Hampshire and has worked for several retailers and held various positions in retail for 10 years.
After college, Jane joined the family business and became a part owner of their 3 full service dry cleaning stores. After many successful years of being, they sold the businesses and Jane's family moved to Naples, Florida.

Jane went on to work for the University of Massachusetts Lowell. While working for the University, Jane was involved in several federally funded projects and was also approached by faculty to develop and present "Dress for Success" seminars for the undergraduates. She developed presentations, handouts and held several seminars for various departments in the University. During this time, Jane met with many undergraduate students and assisted them with their resumes, and their presentation for their first interview. It was also during the time while Jane worked for the University, that she personal shopping for several executives in the Boston area.
Jane's ability to "stage homes" began with the renovation and sale of homes that she has owned in the past. Her ability to decorate a room and make a space look beautiful and warm while incorporating an organized space helped to sell her homes in under a week.

Presently, Jane continues to be as organized as ever, but now she can share her passion and talent of organizing with her clients in South West Florida. She is a member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers), and completed training with the Organizing Specialists Mentor Program in May 2006. Jane remains up to date with fashion and organizing and is always in touch with what is new, exciting and the latest trends in both fields.
